CONDITIONS

Always "book" your space by e-mail or by using this website.

Minimum contents of the e-mail should be:

- Name and Vehicle details.
- Client nr.
- Date and Arrival-time at the Public Parking.
- Telephone number in Spain and from your country.

A working Key of your car should be always in our office.

CONDITIONS AND EXTRA COST:

Make the reservation about your LANDING minimum 5 days before.

(Extra costs: 5€ to 25€ depending when you make the reservation.)

Always phone us after parking your car inside the Airport car park "on another place" than agreed.

Costs for Help-Starting-up your car / Disconnect battery: 5€.

What is a Yearly Season-ticket? A Yearly Season-ticket is an agreement, for which you pay in advance 360€. Therefore you may park your car during one whole year, max 10x as long as you want. There are no Extra costs, only those you can read in these “Conditions and EXTRA costs”. (Extra costs will automatically deduct the time of the Yearly-Season-Ticket).

After one year or after 10x parking completed, this agreement is not valid anymore and you would have to buy a new one.

What is a PREPAID contract? a PREPAID contract is an agreement, for which you pay in advance a minimum of 250€. This payment goes to your personal parking account and will be used only for the payment of your parking-costs. From this account will only be taken what you really park. So if you don't park, the costs are “zero” and the money that is left after one year will automatically go over to the next year. Only 3 years after the last payment, the value will be lost.

You will automatically receive a new payment-request when the value of your account is under 75€.

You will never have the obligation to renew your prepaid ticket.

Extra Services are usually possible if you give us time to do so.

Extra Services could be for example: Washing exterior and/or interior, MOT, maintenance, tyre Service, damage-repair, key-service, etc.

Always make your reservation by e-mail. By telephone is possible as well, but we can´t take responsibility for understanding correctly the spoken words.

Under all circumstances you will be provided with a VIP-Service.

What is a VIP Service? VIP Service is ensuring we satisfactorily provide you with a first class parking experience. Once you have got your contract, you only have to e-mail us and all is planned. Your car will be taken from the Airport automatically and brought back there again just before your landing. So you no longer have any delay picking your car up from another place and you don't need courtesy-transport any more.

If you bring your car earlier than agreed, then call us to avoid extra expensive parking-costs at the Airport-Parking.

If you bring your car Later” than agreed, then call us in-time to avoid extra costs because off double picking-up. (Double picking-up: 10€)

We should have a working key in our office. It is also possible to give us just a DOOR-key, which will only open the car, but not START it. But each time parking the car will cost an extra 5€ for administration.

From 22:00h. untill 07:00h- is Night-Service: Extra costs: from 5€ to 10€.

Your vehicle must have at all time, a valid legally required insurance, even while parked at our parking. If you temporarily stop your vehicle insurance and do not inform us (at least one week in advance) in writing, we will not accept any responsability during the transport of your vehicle.

Always park your car in the agreed place. After landing you may expect to find your car in the same place.
If not: Give us a call, and you will be told where it is immediately.
